Tuition and Group Class for the school year September 2024 – May 2025.

Tuition covers 32 lessons (one lesson per week) from September – mid May.  Every 4-6 weeks, there will be a group class instead of your individual lesson. I have 4 keyboards set up for group class so students can do music activities, play songs together, learn music theory, and perform for each other.

Books and materials are not included in tuition.

  • 30 minute weekly lesson $110 / month (for first family member)
  • 30 minute weekly lesson $105 / month (for each additional family member)
  • 15 minute weekly lesson $50 / month (for each additional family member)
  • 45 minute weekly lesson $160 / month

Summer Lessons 2025:

  • 30 minute lesson $30 per lesson
  • 45 minute lesson $44 per lesson

Summer lessons are scheduled individually, so take as many as you want!

Students who are enrolled during the school year are required to take a minimum of 4 summer lessons so they can keep up their skills during the summer.

Registration Fees for New Families:

There is a one-hour parent orientation ($60) required for new Suzuki families. If you already take Suzuki lessons elsewhere, we may wave this requirement, or include a short orientation as part of your first lesson.

There is a one-time registration fee ($45) for families new to my studio.  This fee covers materials, the cost of your binder, and other one-time expenses.

Payment Methods:

Tuition is payable by Check or Zelle.  Make checks payable to Amy Psencik.

Date Due:

Payment is due by the first lesson of each month.  If you are new to the studio, your first payment is due at the first lesson after the parent orientation.

Fees:

  • There is a $5 fee for late payments.
  • There is a $15 fee for bounced checks.
Rescheduling Lessons:

If a family wishes to reschedule a lesson, they must notify the teacher at least 24 hours before that lesson. The teacher will then offer the family any other available lesson timeslot. If they cannot find a timeslot that works for both parties, the lesson is forfeited without tuition reimbursement.

Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the lesson will be forfeited without tuition reimbursement. If the teacher is unable to attend a lesson, the teacher will reschedule it or provide tuition reimbursement for that lesson.

Ready to jump right in?

The first step is to schedule a phone conversation or studio visit. This will let you meet the teacher and make sure these lessons are a good fit for your family! Either fill out the contact form or call Amy at 708-205-0026.
