Listen to your music daily (as background music).
Start with easy songs.
Get a little help with the starting note and finger.
Memorize the melody, then play along with the recording.
Add harmony when you’re ready!

The strongest musicians can READ too! After you can play about 7 songs by ear with a nice hand position, we layer in reading. We read new music every day, which helps us focus on actual reading (not playing by ear!).

Individual Lessons (with monthly group) for Homeschoolers

Individual piano lessons happen once a week for 30 – 45 minutes. Every 5 weeks or so there is a group class instead of individual lessons. Students are in groups with kids of similar ages and abilities. The monthly fee covers 32 lessons during the school year (August through mid-May).
For beginners ages 4-8, or continuing students at any age!
$120 / month for 30 minute weekly lessons (About $37 per lesson)
$180 / month for 45 minute weekly lessons (About $55 per lesson)

We can chat about your own goals so you can really make progress!
